Joe Clark has been bringing a blend of acoustic and rock music to audiences for the past 15 years. Raised on the banks of the Kentucky River, Clark's lyrics reflect on his deep roots and life experiences; song themes ranging from daily hardships, to love for family and home, to songs about depression, failures, hurt and hope. His distinctive voice accompanied by melodic tones and heavy grooves will take you on an emotional journey that never feels far from home. Influenced by old school rock 'n roll, and drawing inspiration from artists such as Chris Knight, John Prine, and Tom Petty, Joe is able to deliver a forthright powerful performance that will leave a lasting impression.
After releasing his first album "Storyteller" and his single "It is what it is" in Spring of 2022, Clark gained a rabid local following. Alongside lead guitar player Justin Chappell, Clark has performed in venues, private events, and festivals in Kentucky and beyond. Clark released a fully acoustic album "10 Years Too Late" in May of 2023. Joe performs solo, in a duo form or with a full band, known as JOE CLARK & THE PEACEMAKERS. The band fuses country and rock to create an innovative sound that has captured listeners across the globe.
Clark's most heavily anticipated album, titled Hillbilly Voodoo, is scheduled to release in May 2024.
